• Login credentials sent via email within 24 hours of registration
• No physical shipping required for examination participation
• Results and scorecards available for immediate download

1.2 Digital Certificates

• Digital certificates available for download within 7 days of examination
• High-resolution PDF format suitable for printing
• Verification QR code included for authenticity
• No shipping charges for digital certificates

2. Physical Delivery Services

2.1 Items Eligible for Shipping

• Physical certificates and awards (upon request)
• Study materials and practice books
• Medals and trophies for top performers
• Branded merchandise (if applicable)

2.2 Shipping Charges

• Within India: ₹150 for standard delivery
• Express Delivery: ₹250 (2-3 business days)
• International Shipping: ₹500-1500 (depending on location)
• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1000

3. Delivery Timeline

3.1 Domestic Delivery (India)

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (metro cities only)
