Phonics Olympiad understands that circumstances may arise requiring cancellation of examination registrations. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for online examination registrations.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Timeline

• More than 30 days before exam: Full refund minus processing fee (₹50)
• 15-30 days before exam: 75% refund of examination fee
• 7-14 days before exam: 50% refund of examination fee
• Less than 7 days before exam: No refund available
• After exam date: No refund under any circumstances

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your examination registration:

• Email us at support@phonicsolympiad.com
• Include your registration number and reason for cancellation
• Provide original payment transaction details
• Submit cancellation request during business hours (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

• Student absence on examination day
• Technical issues from student's end (internet, device problems)
• Failure to meet examination requirements
• Violation of examination rules and regulations
• Requests made after the examination date

3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Medical Emergency

In case of medical emergencies preventing examination participation:

• Medical certificate from registered practitioner required
• Option to reschedule to next available examination date
• 50% refund if rescheduling is not possible

3.2 Technical Issues from Our End

• Full refund or free rescheduling option
• Compensation for any inconvenience caused
• Priority support for affected students
